Eunice Locklear

Eunice Locklear, 86, of Greensboro gained her Heavenly wings on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Randolph Hospice House.

A memorial service will be 3:00 PM Sunday, April 14, 2024 at George Brothers Funeral Service.

Eunice was born in Robeson County to the late Oscar and Rittie Locklear. She was a member of the Guilford County Native American Church. She retired from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Eunice is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Locklear, Jr. and granddaughter, Shauna Marie Locklear.

She is survived by daughter, Cindy Snelling of Ramseur; son, Victor Locklear of Greensboro; sister Lillie Tonk of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Roy Steven Pinkleton, Victoria Holt, Syanne Locklear, Victor Junior Locklear, Chad Victor Locklear, Bobby Pinkleton, Jr., Wyland Locklear, Lovey Pinkleton, Chris Pinkleton, Anya Hunt, Kat Locklear, and Sunray Locklear; a host of great-grandchildren; niece, Patsy Locklear; and best friends, Marie Ferguson and Miss Livey.
