Gloria Simpson Hodges ,93, of Randleman , NC ,passed away October 14, 2023, at Hospice of Randolph. Born June 22, 1930 in Rockingham County. She is predeceased by a son, Buddy M Hodges, a granddaughter, Kristi M Szarka, and her three brothers, Clifton, Ray, and Curtis Simpson. She is survived by her husband of 76 years, Buddy J Hodges, a daughter , Rita Mullis(Sherrill), and sons Chuck( Sondra) and Tim Hodges, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church for over 40 years, and loved her church family. She enjoyed playing cards, working in her yard, and spending time with those she loved. No service is planned at this time, memorials may be made to hospice of Randolph, or Friendship Baptist of Randleman.
