Golden Everette Bottoms

Mr. Golden Everette Bottoms, 73, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020 at his home.

Funeral service will be on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 12:00 pm at Steven’s Memorial Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Jarvis officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Mr. Bottoms was preceded in death by his parents, Doc and Hazel Bottoms.

He is a Vietnam War veteran and served in the U.S. Army.  He loved his family, his church, friends and all the people at Herbie’s and Jake’s.

Mr. Bottoms is survived by his wife of twenty years, Susan Bottoms; children, Michael Bottoms, Keith Bottoms, Calvin Perdue, Jenny Perdue, and Kenneth Perdue and his wife Mandy Perdue; grandchildren, Corey, Logan, Daniel, Brenton, Kali, Maddison, and Cameron; great-grandchild, Blakelee; sister, Delores Wilson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends whom he loved.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the church prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Steven’s Memorial Baptist Church 3001 N. Church St. Greensboro, NC 27405.
