Jessie Delores (Smith) Shelton

Jessie Delores Smith Shelton, 80, of Greensboro, passed away on February 26, 2025.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Lakeview Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Barkley officiating.

Jessie was born on January 10, 1945, in Guilford County, to the late William Henry Smith and Jessie Lee Saunders Smith. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Samuel Shelton and her grandson, Samuel Dale Ritter.

She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Shelton, Lesia Zoll (Jim) and Shawn Shelton; grandchildren, David Michael Ritter and Steven Lee Stone; great great grandchild, Jaylyn Ritter and her sister, Judy Carol Hemphill.
