John Franklin Coble, Jr.

Mr. John Franklin Coble, Jr., age 62, of Greensboro, passed away Monday May 12, 2025.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of John will be held at 2:00pm Monday at George Brothers Funeral Service.  The family will receive friends following the service.

Mr. Coble was preceded in death by parents John Franklin and Faye Carol Coble, Sr.; brothers Joseph Coble and Jeff Coble; uncle Jerry Martin Coble (Kim).

John is survived by his loving wife, of twenty-four years, Glenda Coble; daughter Brooke Coble; stepchildren Frank Norton (Leslie) and Tammy Norton; brother James Coble (Donna); sister Joyce Whitt (Todd); niece Jennifer Whitt; nephews Adam Coble (Jessica) and Brandon Coble. Great nephews Jaxon Coble, Jace Coble, and Hensley Whitt. Also surviving is his best friend Dean Smith.
