Obituary
Mr. Larry Thomas Shanberg, 85, of Greensboro, passed away on May 16, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Stevens Memorial Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Jarvis officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
Larry was born in Guilford County on September 24, 1937, to the late Edward and Elizabeth Cecil Shanberg. He was a member of Stevens Memorial Baptist Church and was locally employed with Vick’s Chemical Company until moving to Missouri. He will be missed by all that loved and knew him.
Larry is survived by his brother, Jerry Shanberg (Doris); cousin, Neil Cecil (Helen); niece, Cynthia Vasquez (Luis); nephew, Jeff Shanberg (Tracey) and many other loving family and friends.
