Mrs. Lena Michelle Redner Weaver, 48, of Randleman, NC passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, peacefully in her home.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 at George Brothers Funeral Service with Pastor Jeff Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
Michelle was born in Myrtle Beach, SC to the late Donald Wayne Redner and surviving Frances Parrish Hunt. She loved to have fun and enjoy life. Michelle had visited many NASCAR tracks and loved cheering on her favorite #24, Jeff Gordon. She also loved dancing and fishing anywhere she could find the water. What Michelle loved most was being MiMi to her grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister-in-law Patricia Smith and her friend since childhood, Angela D. Walker, and brother-in-law Dwight Reed.
Mrs. Weaver is survived by her adoring husband, Joe Weaver; children Christopher Fitzgerald (Caitlin), Rachael Michelle Weaver, and Joe Weaver, Jr; grandchildren Melody, Kathryn, and Addison; her siblings Ronda Moore, Connie Whaley (Larry), Les Redner (Angela), and Pastor Jeff Smith. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
