Linda Kay (Hutson) Justice

Mrs. Linda Kay Hutson Justice, 77, passed away Friday, September 12, 2025 at Moses Cone Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Funeral service will be held at George Brothers Funeral Service on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Justice was born in Rockingham County, NC to the late Albert Mearl and Doris Case Hutson. Linda was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time gardening flowers, completing puzzles, reading, and traveling with her family. Linda was truly the salt of the earth. She had a gentle, caring personality and did not miss an opportunity to help someone. She was the best mother to her children, grandma to her grandchildren, and wife to her husband of 62 years.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her son Eddie Jack Justice and her siblings Ava Harring, Faye Rakes, and Fred Hutson.

Surviving are her devoted husband Jack Dennis Justice; daughter Gina Gullett (Matthew); grandchildren Eli Gullett, Madison Wood (Tyler), Megan Gullett, Heith Justice (Haley), and Brooke Clopton; great-grandchildren Emma Justice and Ari Justice; siblings Deloris Carlton, Albert Hutson, Bonita Robertson, and Sue Collins.
