Linda Gail (Smith) Sparks

Linda “Gail” Smith Sparks, 72, of Greensboro, passed away Tuesday August 15, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Gail was born August 24, 1950, to the late Raymond Ray Smith and surviving Margaret Baker Darnell. She was a very sweet and simple lady who most enjoyed caring for her family. She had a knack for interior design and decorating, floral arranging, and baking. Her favorite television channels were HGTV and Hallmark, and she loved to watch the Christmas in July movies.

As well as her father, she is preceded in death by her brother David and sister Sheila.

Along with her mother she is survived by her children, Tim Sparks and wife Lisa, and Tania Sparks Hendrix and husband Tim; grandchildren, Brittany, Ryan, David, Jeremy and Jessica; great-grandchildren, Kaeden, Luke, Greyson, and Lilly; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish their time with her dearly.
