Lois Terrell Carrick, 95, of Greensboro, died peacefully on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Graveside Service will be 10:00 AM Monday, June 24, 2024 at Rehobeth Church Cemetery.
Lois was born in Guilford County to the late Arthur and Myrtle Terrell. She was a member of Rehobeth Church for many years. She volunteered with Girl Scouts of the United States serving as leader for fifteen years. Lois retired from the Guilford County School System after twenty-five years. She was also a gifted quilter.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ben Carrick; sister, Hilda Ruth Gailey; and brothers, Gene and Wayne Terrell.
Lois is survived by son, Earl Carrick (Rebecca); daughters, Janet C. Jones and Evelyn G. Carrick; granddaughters, Lauren Carrick and Paige Carrick (Jeremy); brother, Garland Terrell (Clara); and a host of nieces and nephews.
A very special thank you is extended to Joan Riddle for her loving dedication and attention to Lois.
