Lola Mae Deeds Pridgen, 85, of Ruffin, went home to Heaven on June 14, 2022.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday at New Testament Baptist Church with Pastor Brett Seawell officiating.
Lola was born in Victorville, California to the late Floyd and Dollie Deeds. She was a seamstress and at one time owned and operated an alterations shop with her mother. She was also formerly employed with Jeanette’s Sewing, Paul Roses Department Store and Rave Clothing Store. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Lola is survived by her daughter, Tammy Turner (Roger); grandchildren, Megan Jones (Joel), Amanda Causey, Ashley Green (Daniel) and Mark Darren Causey; nine great grandchildren; her adoptive kids, Penny Fanning, Wayne Pridgen (Darlene) and Sammy Pridgen; her sister, Rosalie Nolan and her brother, Harry Deeds.
