Margaret Beatrice (Cockerham) Hage

Mrs. Margaret Beatrice Hage, 72, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at George Brothers Funeral Service with Pastor James Messer officiating.  Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.

Mrs. Hage was preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Minnie Cockerham; two sisters; and five brothers.

Margaret was a hard-working, loving, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family dearly.  She enjoyed spending time fishing, playing Zilch with family, talking to and getting hugs from those she loved, and spending time gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammie Crite (Rodney); daughter, Monica Powers; grandchildren, Angel, Christian, Beatrice, Monica, and Junior; brother, Willie Cockerham (Pam); brother, Robert Cockerham (Jane); and a host of nieces, nephews, family members, and friends whom she loved.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 – 11:00 am prior to the service.
