Mr. James Clark

Mr. James Clark, age 80, went home to his Heavenly Father on Tuesday May 24, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon-1:15 pm Saturday at George Brothers Funeral Service, followed by a 2:00pm graveside service at Westminster Gardens with Rev. Scott Hammonds and Rev. Kimberly Clarke Turner officiating the service.

Mr. Clark was born in Robeson County, NC to the late Leo Frank and Nelmira McMillian Clark.  He was a member or Triad Native American Church and retired from Industrial Air Inc., as a welder, after many years of service.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his loving wife, of 50 years, Marilyn Clark; son Billy Joe Clark; brothers Donald Clark, Clinton Clark, and Charles Clark; niece Carolyn Clark.

James is survived by his nieces Marilyn Hammonds (Scott), Pamela Taylor (Ronald), Dolores Scott, Diane Clark (Faviola), and Carol Clark; nephews Charles Clark, Jr. (Melissa), and Mark Chavis (Carol); special friend and caregiver Theresa Maynor; sister Aggie Deese; sisters-in-law Wanda Hunt and Isadora Clark. Also surviving are a host of great nieces and nephews, and extended family members.

George Brothers Funeral Service is assisting the family of Mr. Clark.
