Mr. Robert Eugene Smith

Mr. Robert Eugene Smith, 59, of Greensboro, passed away on May 27, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday at Shining Light Baptist Church with Pastor Gary Blalock officiating. The burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Robert was born in Guilford County on September 23, 1961, to the late Robert and Shirley Alberty Sizemore. He was a longtime member of Shining Light Baptist Church and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Robert is survived by his siblings, Phyllis Williams, Janice Ryals (George), Mark Sizemore (Aimee) and Cynthia Diaz along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00pm-8:00pm at George Brothers Funeral Service.

The family would like to give a heartfelt appreciation to the staff of the Baptist Hospital Cancer Center for the love and cared that was shown to Robert and to the family during this difficult time.
