Mrs. Shelba Alberty Warf, age 72, passed away Thursday July 4, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, July 9, at George Brothers Funeral Service with Rev. Greg Cassady and Wayne Welch officiating the service. A burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm -2:00pm at the funeral home chapel.
Mrs. Warf was born, in Guilford County, to her late mother Aline Hall Alberty. She was a faithful member of True Light Baptist Church for many years. She was employed with Sears Auto Center for twenty-one years and for O’Reilly Auto Parts for eleven years.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Warf was preceded in death by her brother Pastor James Hall.
She is survived by her loving husband, of fifty-eight years, Curtis R. Warf; daughters Laura Ann McDaniel (Keith) and Deborah Hutto. Also, she was adored by her four grandchildren Christopher Hutto, Morgan McDaniel, Brooklyn McDaniel, and Kirstan Hutto.
