Mrs. Tonya Jordan ~ Jackson

Mrs. Tonya Jordan-Jackson, age 54, of Greensboro, departed this life on Tuesday April 8, 2025, at the Hospice Home of High Point, surrounded by her loving family.

A Homegoing Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, April 19, 2025, at AMI International Church of High Point, of which she was a member.  The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service time.

Tonya, a native of Pennsylvania, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her. She had compassion for life, helping and caring for others, and mentoring children. She had a passion for styling hair, cooking, and loved to travel by cruise ships.

Tonya is survived by her loving husband, of twenty-three years and married for fourteen years, Gerome Jackson; mother Lessie Jordan (James McCollum); father Joseph Hale (Marva Hale); children Jamil Jordan Booker (deceased), Ramil Jordan Randolph, Bria Jackson, Amanda Jordan Navarro, and Ty’Nell Jordan Jackson; brothers Joseph Williams, Coby Hale (deceased), Joseph Hale, Jr. (Tee), and Fred James Hodges, Jr.; sisters Yvonne Williams, and Jessi Hale; sister-in-law Ebony Hale wife of the late brother Colby Hale. Also surviving are her two grandchildren Ka-Len and Legend.
