Oma Gray Foushee Taylor, eighty-seven years old, entered her eternal rest on Thursday, February 18, 2021, peacefully at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington, NC after a short battle with COVID-19. The staff at the hospice house were truly a Godsend during this difficult time.

Oma was a native to Greensboro, NC and returned to NC later in life. As a military wife, Oma worked several jobs as they moved to various places around the US and Germany. Her passion was her commitment to her family. She loved, cared for, and supported her family. She made it a priority to be a part of her children’s lives, supporting their endeavors and showering them with unwavering love. Each grandchild held a special place in her heart. Some she helped raise, all she embraced with unconditional love. Spending time with her great-grandchildren was also very special to her. She was mom to some, but Nana to all.
