Pearl H. Humble

Mrs. Pearl H. Humble, 82, of Greensboro, went home to Heaven on April 29, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday at George Brothers Funeral Service with Reverend Ed Armfield officiating. The burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.

Pearl was born on December 29, 1938, in Guilford County to the late Russell and Beatrice Hudson. She was retired from P. Lorillard and through her husband’s National Guard Service, she was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary. She attended Good Hope Baptist Church and Sure Foundation Baptist Church.

Pearl is survived by her husband of 66 years, Charles Humble; children, Marilyn Brown (Jonah), Stan Humble (Buena) and Harold Humble (Cissy); grandchildren, Sheena Brown, Amber Humble, Andy Humble, Jeremy Brown and Daniel Humble; great grandchildren, Savannah Pearl. Humble, Nash Humble, Haley Brown, Hunter Tucker, Aiden Humble and Parker Humble; her sister, Mamie Tharrington (Harvey) and brothers, David Hudson and Grady Hudson (Marti).

The family will receive friends 6-8:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
