Rachel Brown Warren

Rachel Brown Warren, 83, of Raleigh, formerly of Greensboro died Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Transitions LifeCare Hospice Home in Raleigh with her family by her side.

Funeral will be 10:00 AM Saturday, April 18, 2026 at George Brothers Funeral Service with burial to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Rachel was born February 10, 1943 in Guilford County to the late William and Katherine Brown. She retired from Greensboro Postal Credit Union. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Along with her parents, Rachel is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Madison Millaway, Sr. and her son, Thomas Madison Millaway, Jr.

She was incredibly loved by her family that includes her son, Mark Edward Millaway (Karen); daughter, Cathy Pearson (Bill Bagliani); grandchildren, Kasie Watkins, Jeff Watkins (Jessica), Rachel Millaway, Matt Millaway (Maria), Blake Millaway, Taylor Millaway, and Logan Pearson; and great grandchildren, Kaylie St. John, Reece Watkins, Landon St. John, Paityn Watkins, Amber-Rose Hillman, Sierra Fortuna, Willow Sperduti, Ivy Sperduti, Noa Millaway, and Maeve Millaway.
