Raymond Clark Caudle

Raymond Clark Caudle, 88, of McLeansville died Friday, September 22, 2023 at his home.

Funeral will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at McLeansville Baptist church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with military honors.

Raymond was born October 25, 1934 in Guilford county to the late Dewey and Ruby Caudle. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. For many years, Raymond worked with the city of Greensboro as deputy tax collector. He was a member of McLeansville Baptist Church. Raymond was an avid cross stitcher and many of his works have been framed.

Along with his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by sister, Jean Burney and brothers, Clayton and Harold Caudle.

He is survived by loving wife of fifty-one years, Nell Caudle of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Gene Thompson of Greensboro; grandson, Taylor Thompson (Lindsay) of Greensboro; and great grandchildren, Hunter and Hayleigh.

The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 at the church prior to the service.
