Raymond Wade Wolfe, Sr.

Mr. Raymond Wade Wolfe, Sr., 92, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at his home with his family by his side.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm at George Brothers Funeral Service with Kevin Wolfe officiating.  Burial will follow at Gilmore Memorial Park.

Raymond enjoyed spending his time hunting, playing Horseshoes and corn hole, and watching the NFL and NASCAR.  In his younger days he enjoyed playing football and was the quarterback for his high school football team.

Mr. Wolfe was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Wolfe; son, Wade Wolfe; parents, Ernest and Nettie Wolfe; sisters, Kathleen and Margaret; and brothers, Junior and Max.

He is survived by his son, Billy Wolfe; daughter, Janice Crump; son, Kevin Wolfe (Rhonda); five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; brother, JW Wolfe; and a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends whom he loved.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00-1:45 pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
