Rita Roseanne (Snouffer) Dickson

Rita Roseanne Snouffer Dickson, 70, passed away Sunday evening, July 21, 2024 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 12:00 pm at George Brothers Funeral Service with Dr. Bill Coble officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. Ms. Dickson was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frances Snouffer; son, Charles Dickson; former husband, David Dickson; sisters, Brenda Ellen, Faye, and Cathy; and brother, David. Rita loved her dogs, had a good sense of humor, loved to make others laugh, loved her Pepsi, and always enjoyed talking to others on the phone. Her favorite thing to do was to get together with family and friends to cook, eat, and spend time together. She was a long-time attendee of North Greensboro Church of God. She is survived by her daughter, Candice Tidwell (Joe); son, Chad Dickson; grandchildren, Chad and Tiffanie; great-grandchild, Arabella; brother, Charles Snouffer (Helena); sisters, Pam Snouffer, Linda Fletcher, Kay Emery, Cynthia Reynolds, and Sherry Duncan (Donnie); as well as numerous other family and friends whom she loved. The family will receive friends on Thursday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
