Robert A. Lancaster

Mr. Robert A Lancaster, 75, went Home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at his residence with his wife by his side.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 11, 2020 at George Brothers Funeral Service with Pastor Tommy Kidd officiating.  Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers.

Mr. Lancaster always enjoyed his work as a woodworker, and loved his family adventures with his grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his wife of 58 years, Martha Lancaster; children, R.J. Lancaster, Theresa Simpson, and Kimberly Brown; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Read; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends whom he loved.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
