Robert Grayson Pruitt

Robert Grayson Pruitt, Age 31, passed away unexpectedly at his home, on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024.

Robert was born on August the 23rd, 1992 in Greensboro, North Carolina to his mother, Terri Jones Pruitt and his father Donald Grayson Pruitt. Robert married the love of his life on May 2nd, 2023, Hannah Pruitt. He was an amazing husband, son, grandson, uncle, brother, son in law, and so many called him their best friend. He worked as a Lineman. He was an electrical Lineman born and bred. His passion was being able to help others by keeping their lights on and making their lives easier. He put his life on the line everyday for 12 years in the rain, sleet, snow storms, hurricanes, sunshine, and ice lined poles. He sacrificed hundreds of sleepless nights to ensure everyone's power was always restored. He loved spending time with family and his 4 dogs, Carlos, Ryder, Leia, and Bailey on the farm that he shared with his wife. He loved playing paintball with people who became his family. He was at peace while on the water, whether that was on the ocean, fishing, or kayaking. But most of all, Robert lived to help others.

He is survived by his wife, Hannah Pruitt, His mother, Terri Jones Pruitt, His father Donald Pruitt, His Sister Michelle Meyer, His Grandmother, Joan Mills, His Beautiful Nieces Jordan and Grayson, His Aunt Donna, His Uncle Patino, His best friend, Josh Bolin, and so many more who loved him so much.
