Sandra Kay (Harris) Sucky

Mrs. Sandra Kay Harris Sucky, 74, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025 at her home with her family by her side.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 12:00 pm at George Brothers Funeral Service with Pastor Mike Barkley officiating.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Sucky was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Harris.

Sandra was a huge animal lover and got her greatest joy sitting and watching the birds, squirrels, deer, and other wildlife and nature around her.  She especially loved dogs, and in particular Dachshunds.  She was a member of the Red Hat Society, loved shopping, and enjoyed her time camping and being at the coast.  She loved her family and devoted her time to taking care of them.

She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Edward “Joe” Sucky; daughter, Sonya Wagoner (Kirk); son, Dale Reid; grandchildren, Jessica Isley (Jerry) and Summer Rogers (Matt); great-grandchildren, Dalton Isley and Mason Rogers; as well as numerous friends whom she loved.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home prior to the service.
