Sheila Denise Welborn Haley

Sheila Denise Welborn Haley, 64, of Greensboro, passed away on August 10, 2024.

Sheila’s request was for no formal service to be held but for family and friends to remember her in their own special way.

She was born in Guilford County on June 28, 1960, to the late Garvey Nelson Welborn and Shirley Louise Ozment Welborn. She was a graduate from Dudley High School and then worked in several states across the county at nuclear facilities before coming back home to Greensboro.

Sheila is survived by her sister, Lynne Welborn; brother, Ronald Nelson Welborn (Maria); nieces, Ashley McCraw, Amber Moser (Clark) and Christina Austin and her nephew, Kenneth Austin (Mary).
