Victoire Aku Gagnon, aged 34, was promoted to glory on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at the Cone Health Women’s Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina.
She was born January 02, 1990, in Togo, West Africa. At age 20, Victoire moved to the USA to join her father and stepmother where she lived from 2010 To 2012..
In 2012 she moved to Greensboro, North Carolina, and gave her life to Christ at Change the Nations Church. Victoire was a devoted child of God; she served God with passion. Even though she preferred not to come in front, Victoire accomplished many things for the Kingdom of God behind the scenes.
In the month of May, 2015, she met her husband Komla Edem Aku, and they married at Change the Nations Church in july 2016 The couple grew stronger together and achieved many things together. They were planning to do even more together.
Victoire was healthy and living her life to fullness until she experienced a complicated pregnancy, which led to her losing not only her fourth baby but also her own life.
She is survived by her husband, Edem Aku, daughter, Rachel, and sons, David and Gabriel. As well as her Father, Tete Gagnon, and mother, Akossiwa Domenya, her brothers Gérard , Mawusse and her sisters princess, beauty
A Memorial service will be held at Change the Nations Church on Saturday, located at 4619 Mercury Dr., Greensboro, NC 27410, on May 11, 2024, at 10:00 am Eastern, with the officiating ministers - Dr. Patrick Mubobo, Rev. Tunde Adenola, and Rev Kofi Lougou.
The burial will take place at the GuilRand Memorial Park Cemetery, 1550 Hwy 62 West, High Point, NC 27263, immediately after the service. The family will receive friends after the interment service at Change the Nations Church.
