William Curtis Foushee

William Curtis Foushee, eighty-four years old, entered his eternal rest on Thursday, February 11, 2021, peacefully, at Moses Cone Hospital with his loving wife of 62 years, Shelby Jean and his daughters Kathy, Karen and Kristie by his side. William “Bill” was born in Greensboro, NC on June 25, 1936, to the late Pressley William and Mary Florence Foushee.  His parents, two sisters and one brother preceded William in death.  He is survived by his wife Shelby Jean Keaton Foushee, his daughters, Kathy Turner, Karen Radford, Kristie Mabe, grandchildren, Ethan, Aaron and Andrew Mode, sister Oma Gray Taylor, brothers,  Harold and Randy Foushee.

William was a loving husband, father and friend to many.  He was a lifetime member of Glenwood Friends Meeting who worked for the US Postal Service for 35 years and the Guilford County School System for over 10 years. 

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and funeral service from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, 2020 at Glenwood Friends Meeting, 2400 Old Chapman Street. Greensboro, NC, 27403.  You are invited to attend using social distancing and masks.
