William "Bibby" Thomas Hilliard, Jr.

Mr. William “Bibby” Thomas Hilliard, Jr., age 66, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Moses Cone Hospital.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Bibby will be announced at a later date.

A native of Guilford County, Bibby was born to the late William and Willie Mathews Hilliard, Sr.  He was a graduate of Northeast Senior High School, in McLeansville, and worked in the family business at O’Henry Auto Parts, on Summit Avenue, as a sales manager and most recently employed with Diesel Equipment Company in Greensboro. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Greensboro and attended Reidsville Christian Church.

Bibby is survived by his wife Kelly Hilliard; son Harrison Hilliard and his wife Haley; sister Ginger H. Truitt.

In honor of Bibby’s life, memorials may be directed to the SPCA of the Triad, 3163 Hines Chapel Rd. Greensboro, NC 27405.
