Alexandria "Alex" Corine (Bolin) Owens

Alexandria “Alex” Bolin Owens, 25, died June 27, 2016 at Moses Cone Hospital. 

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Church Street Baptist Church with Pastor Tyler Gaulden officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

She was a loving and kind wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend. She loved the beach and devoted her life to taking care of her family. Her smile was infectious and was contagious to everyone she came in contact with.

Alex is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Graham Owens Jr.; daughters, Coralee Marie Owens and Emberly Lynne Owens; parents, Neal Bolin, and Mark and Tammy Stewart; paternal grandmother, Wilma Hutchins; maternal grandmother, Sonji Setzer; maternal great-grandmother, Helen Snouffer; sister, Victoria Bolin; brother, Devan Bolin; half brother, Hunter Carter; stepsister, Mariah Stewart; stepbrother, Mark Stewart Jr.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 12:30-1:45 p.m. on Friday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Go Fund Me Account to help with funeral expenses.
