Donnie Stencel

Donnie Stencel passed away peacefully at his home on March 24th. He was preceded in death by his mother Julie. He is survived by his loving family, wife Kim and children Olivia, Christopher, and Josie; father Donald Stencel and sisters Debbie and Jennie; brother-in-law Steve Lesser; nieces and nephew Genevieve, Chloe, and Michael Lesser; step mother Judy and stepsisters Tracy Werner and Christy Kalmanson and their families.
He will be remembered as a loving father, husband, and friend.  He was an accomplished professional in many roles, earning Manager of the Year, Salesman of the year, and many other accolades. His recent personal accomplishments include earning a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do while living with Parkinson’s to earn the Courage Award.
There will be a service in his memory Thursday March 31st at the George Brothers Funeral Home in Greensboro at 7pm; family is receiving friends at 6pm.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
