Gearldeane "Jerri" (Bumgarner) Waddell

Mrs. Gearldeane “Jerri” Bumgarner Waddell, 82, of Greensboro, passed away November 26, 2015, at Beacon Place.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Sunday at Pleasant Garden Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Barrett officiating. The burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Waddell was born January 7, 1933, in Forsyth County, to the late George and Gladys Bumgarner. She was a member of Pleasant Garden Baptist Church and was retired from the Clerk of Superior Court.

Jerri is survived by her husband of 66 years, Dewey P. Waddell; daughter, Diana Edwards (David Massengill) of Climax; and brother, Paul Bumgarner of Granite Falls, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.
