I am so sorry for yours loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I have found comfort from this scripture, 2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4; "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God."

As a long-time friend, I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. I was fortunate enough to have spoken with him last Sunday. Philip has always had a special place in my heart, from the first time that I met him when we were stationed together while serving in the Navy. I extend my comfort and condolences to Anna and the family.

Philip was a genuine and caring person. He was always willing to help those in need. He faced struggles with determination and fortitude. He has been and will continue to be a true friend to me. I will cherish his memory and the good times we had. I reach out and say to his sister and family members; may God bring you peace and comfort knowing that Philip is in heaven looking down and smiling at all of us. I know he has crossed over to heaven! Philip, you will be missed. I know you are happy and in no pain.

Anna and Family, I am so sorry to hear about Phillip. I used to live in Shannon Woods at the same time you guys did and Anna and myself used to play together and went to school together, that's how I met Phillip. Although MANY years have passed I have never forgotten you guys and what good friends you were. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers, praying for God to surround you with His love and peace that passes all understanding.
